Try nursing management.
School nurse- if you already have a bachelor’s degree.
Legal nurse consultant.
Nurse massage therapist.
Doctors tend to make the most, while nurses are second- so you aren’t likely to find a higher paying position if you aren’t going to work as a nurse.

I am trying to get in the RN program and I work right now as a CNA. I can work morning or night weekend or wekdays. My shifts are 12 hours and 3 days a week is full time but i am unscheduled. I get to make my own schedule. Maybe you should consider getting your CNA plus it open your eyes more about the nursing feild.

Question by Kristina R: Why do you think the nurse practitioner is so well accepted by the community?
Why do you think the nurse practitioner is so well accepted by the community? Keep in mind that the cost of a visit to the insured person is no less for a visit to a NP as opposed to a Dr, so that is not the reasoning…. What are some of your own experiences? Is it possible you’ve visited a NP and not even known they were not an MD?

NP’s are idiots. They just fill in for the doctor when he/she needs to jerk off a little.

Work in a doctors office, school nurse or an OR nurse. Doctors office you would work 9-5 no weekends or holidays depending on the office. School nurse you would only work during the schoool year for the most part, as an OR nurse you may work 9-6 and only be” on call” one or two weekends a month. Good Luck

Question by Nutmeg408: Which colleges offer nursing programs well you are taking college?
I would like to go to Azusa Pacific University because it offers a nursing program your sophomore year of college. The program takes 4 years to complete. But the thing is I take the program during regular college instead of after college. It gets the nursing school done quicker…Is there another college that offers this same thing?

I have no idea what you mean by “regular college” vs. “after college”.
Typically, for a BSN, you need a few years of prerequisite classes, then you go into the nursing program.
Even for an ASN, you need a few years of prereq’s, then a two-year nursing program.
